For independent advisors · Waitlist open
The Travel Desk
The working desk behind The Travelling T, opening to other independent advisors. Search, plan the benefits, send a proposal, track the money. One place, in Canadian dollars, built inside a working advisory and used on real client bookings every day.
What the desk does
The six jobs an independent advisor does twenty times a week
An independent advisor juggles a host agency portal, supplier sites, a spreadsheet of deposits and an inbox full of confirmations. The desk keeps the client's trip at the centre and puts the rest around it.
01 · Search
Live hotel and tour search in CA$
Supplier rates converted at the Bank of Canada daily rate, with the supplier's own figure shown beside it. Search runs when you ask, not in the background.
02 · Benefits
Advisor benefits planner
For each hotel: the Virtuoso amenities, the chain advisor program, and the agent-rate route, side by side, so you know which way to book before you quote.
03 · Proposals
Proposals clients pick from
Two to four options per decision, priced by you. The client opens a private link, picks one per group and leaves a note. You see the choice with its time.
04 · Money
Payments calendar and commissions
Deposits, balances and final payment dates for the next 60 days, overdue first. Expected commission recorded when a booking is confirmed, matched to host statements later.
05 · Inbox
Supplier inbox
Rate requests and supplier replies tracked by thread, follow-ups drafted for you to send, and out-of-office replies ignored rather than mistaken for an answer.
06 · Clients
Client trip portal
Each traveller gets a private trip page with the itinerary, held and confirmed bookings, and a calendar export. Nothing to download, no password to forget.

Screen 01 · Search and benefits
Know the best way to book before you quote
Every hotel result carries its amenities and its booking route. Virtuoso properties are matched by name against the program list, never guessed. A rate check runs before anything is held.
Screen 02 · Proposals
Clients choose, you see the choice
Build a proposal from the bookings you are holding, or type options in. Your cost and supplier stay on the desk; the client sees only the price you set. They pick one per decision and leave a note.
Screen 03 · Money
Every deposit, balance and commission on one calendar
The next 60 days of payments, overdue first. Expected commission is written when a booking is confirmed, and matched against your host agency statement when it lands. The desk records payments; it never takes a card.
Who it is for
Advisors who sell the trip, not just the room

Built inside an advisory
Every screen exists because a real booking needed it
The desk started as The Travelling T's own tool. We plan and book client trips on it every day, and each feature began as a problem on a real booking: a missed amenity, a balance nearly forgotten, a supplier reply that was really an out-of-office. It opens to other advisors once it has proved itself on ours.
